dcs plus’ complete range of business critical travel software solutions are distributed and successfully used in 13 markets worldwide. We talk about major travel agencies in countries like Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, France, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Russia, Serbia and Montenegro, Turkey and Ukraine.
Already, more than 150 travel agencies having 5 to 500 users benefit of advantages such as accessibility and scalability, low cost implementation and maintenance, flexibility, adaptability, quick and easy deployment, possibility to integrate with third party applications with fast integration time and so on, by using our web based solutions – TBS (Travel Booking System), AIDA (Advanced Inventory and Distribution Application) and TINA (Travel IntraNet Application).
Using a common technological platform (dcs framework), all dcs products benefit from the company common knowlege base and all the improvements are automatically ported to all of them. Scalability and modularity are basic stuff when you are working this way.
Features like autocomplete search fileds or 100% web-based graphical design and editig tool for travel documents, or flexible reporting engine based on templates are standard in all of our products.
Besides the main core functionalities, we always took care of peripheral functions, which in the end create a robust and highly usable product. Starting with high level functionality features for the sytems like automated processes, self logging, monitoring and operators behaviour tracking, we went deeper into the techological area and we approached the operating system itself. We implemented multithreadding (parallel processes) for resource optimisations and we even managed to balance the CPU load for different tasks ran by the systems, according to their priority.
The creation of TINA can be considered pioneering in the travel industry. Back in 2004 dcs plus created the first full web-based travel ERP - modular, fully configurable and designed to cover every type of scenario present in the travel activity, throughout the operational processes, and automate as much as possible the working process.
Around 1.8 billion EUR in transactions per year are made through our solutions. dcs plus does not interfere in the customers’ business strategy by applying fees per reservations made in its systems. The ‘No transaction fee’ policy translates into important cost savings that can be achieved on the long run.
