Hotels which are replicated into multiple wholesalers must not be shown as different results, otherwise they will confuse the customer. TBS helps you create groups of identical hotels and later select the desired wholesaler to book for each group, according to defined rules.

Flexible payment modes for resellers

In this online booking software, distribution channels can be managed in different ways:

Credit – the reseller can book services and issue the voucher within the credit limit, without payment
Prepayment – the reseller can book but if the reservation is not paid and confirmed, it is auto canceled before entering the penalty period
Mixed – a combination of the above modes.

Automatically manages the reservations, keeps track of voids and refunds
Can cancel automatically the unpaid reservations which are due to enter cancellation fee limit, according to settings

Define complex pricing schemas

In TBS different alerts and warnings can be configured and sent by e-mail in case of communication errors, reservations which are about to reach penalty limit or are about to be automatically canceled etc.
Preferred supplier selection – several content providers are available, the client being able to select which ones to be integrated in their platform or to choose integration with other ones.
