What are the optional modules?

TINA includes the following optional modules:

1. Corporate Extranet: It represents a website which is able to communicate with TINA via web services in order to extract and display different pieces of information from the mid-office application (TINA).

2. Credit Limit Management: It enables the travel agency to use automatic segmentation in order to setup the credit limit for each client inside TINA, automatically send alerts when invoice is overdue for payment, credit limit is reached or alert limit is reached, automatically block sales to a client when the credit limit is reached.

3. Supplier price management: It enables the travel agency to input prices for hotels that have a direct contract with the travel agency. Full and ergonomic price definition is possible (even fixed periods). The prices can then easily be used inside the service offer module.

4. XML 3^rd party import interface: The role of this plug-in is to allow the import of 3^rd party reservation content inside TINA.

5. Payment imports functionality: The role of this plug-in is to allow the integration of financial content from accounting applications as well as from electronic invoice formats.

6. MICE extension: a specially designed module which allows the travel agency which offers packages for Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions, to manage the entire production and sales process inside TINA.
