Import payments from TBS to TINA for TBS services

The possibility to import payments from TBS system for the imported services that don’t have other cashing documents added was developed in the latest version of TINA.

These payments will arrive in the Imported documents section and will be associated to the specific imported services and corporation.

Thus, TINA users will benefit of a new automated process and will be able to enjoy a 'clear picture' in both TINA and TBS systems.

Now, you have the possibility to group the suppliers by category

A new field has been added in the Suppliers section, allowing the user to select a specific category it belongs to and to filter by it in the section. These new categories are available also in Fees management and Automation rules (Process services on orders and Add invoices), as it can be noticed in the images below:

The possibility to process the hotel ghost segments from Sabre

In the newest version of TINA, we have added the possibility to parse the IUR files for the accommodation services that contain ghost segments.

Dashboard available for companies

The new section is displaying useful information about a specific company and it can be accessed as follows: from the CRM module -> Companies, from Companies Management, from each company’s special option as per below images:

Dashboard available for the passenger section

This new section available in the latest version of TINA provides easy access to passengers' information; either if you need details from an operational perspective (such as past, active and future travel services, for example) or from a financial point of view (let's say overdue invoices or status of the invoices added on the company associated to that passenger), you can access them from the mentioned Dashboard.
