Introducing the TINA & AirGateway integration
As we are continuously working towards improving your experience when using our solutions, we are keen on partnering with key travel industry players. In the latest version of TINA we have added the capability to automatically import flight bookings from AirGateway.
This integration assists you by automatically importing NDC flight bookings from AirGateway, eliminating operational hassles: manual entry and risk of errors.
Automatic Wizz Air reservations import via e-mail
Importing from an external system offers significant time-saving advantages for travel agents. TINA now includes a great feature that automates the import of Wizz Air bookings directly into the platform via email. Without integration, each flight must be manually entered into the system, a process that typically takes around 3 to 4 minutes per booking. For a travel agent handling 1,000 Wizz Air tickets in a month, this time quickly adds up. In total, it would require between 3,000 and 4,000 minutes, or 50 to 66 hours, just to input the data, meaning a significant amount of time that could be better spent on customer service, planning trips, or managing other aspects of the business.
With the Wizz Air import, this process becomes automated, freeing up valuable time and improving overall efficiency, reducing the risk of errors, and enabling agents to focus on higher-value tasks.
New option available in Quality Control Rules for greater control
As Quality Control Rules play a pivotal role in controlling and restricting different actions within your operational flow, we have added a new option for you: Currency exchange rate.
You can now control specific actions on Service/Offer level, based on the currency exchange type - choose between "equal to" or "different from" to ensure your data meets your needs.

TINA automatically matches imported orders with stored Credit Cards
Our new feature ensures that credit cards from imported orders are matched with those stored in your agency or corporate profile.
This streamlines the process for handling externally paid services with Credit Cards, saving you time and effort.
Ryanair content is now imported from Sabre
In the last recent developments, we have added the possibility to bring and interpret Ryanair files through the direct connection with Sabre, streamlining your operations when managing the low-cost carrier content.
Changes in the Entity Management Webservice
As the Entity Management Webservice plays an important role in updating or changing specific data when communicating with different platforms, we have now added a new option on the already existing Offer in TINA.
You can update both supplier prices and commission percent distribution, even for services that have already been invoiced.
