Travel policy management for Annual Leaves

We’ve made it easier  to manage travel policies with the addition of annual leave management in the corporation interface. 

With the new annual leave policy option, Travel Managers can now set specific restrictions to ensure compliance. These restrictions are automatically applied during the search and booking process when employees have the annual leave policy assigned or select a reason of trip with such policy assigned.

 

Traveler Map now includes flight reservations

Flight reservations are now included alongside hotel bookings within the Traveler Map section. This makes it easier for your corporate customers to keep track of travelers in one single place.

  • One-way flights appear on the map on the day of departure in the destination city.
  • Round-trip flights are displayed in the destination city until the traveler’s return date.

New branding customizations across corporation interface

We’ve made it simple for you to customize NOVA’s branding to reflect your agency’s identity across corporation interfaces.

  • Browser Title: By default, the browser title is set to NOVA, but it can be changed at request. Just contact our Customer Experience team and we’ll update it for you.

  • Browser Favicon: The favicon for NOVA corporation interface can be personalized from the Administration area, Files section, and upload a small image (formatted as a favicon) with the name "favicon.ico." 

  • Email Template Logo: Make your email communications more branded by replacing the default logo. Just upload your logo (mail-logo.png) in the File Manager.

We’ve upgraded the agency admin email template with a modern design and enriched it with detailed information about orders and services:

  • Order details
    • Summary of included services
    • Payment details
    • Customer contact information
    • NOVA information - approval chain, travel policy name and outside policy reason
  • Flight service details

 

 

Effortless static data import from IRIX

We’re thrilled to introduce a major update to our online booking tool that makes importing static data from IRIX easier, faster, and more reliable. With this update, you can you get the most current information for your travel bookings seamlessly.

  • Fully automated process: The platform now automatically syncs static data with IRIX, updating daily without manual intervention.
  • Smart Updates with Partial Imports: Our new partial import feature allows updates to be streamlined by only adding new data since the last successful import.
  • Significantly Reduced Import Times: With our optimized import options, the import time has been dramatically reduced - 2h 30min – 3h for large data sets.
  • Enhanced Reliability with Fail-Safe Mechanisms: If an import is interrupted, it will resume where it left off, whether it’s downloading or processing data.
  • Autocomplete automatic update: The platform will automatically generate the autocomplete files, ensuring the latest destination changes are always available without any manual effort.
  • Admin processes history module: The admin area now includes a new “IMPORT IRIX HISTORY” module, providing an overview of the platform's static data import processes for better transparency and tracking.

Better insights with the updated service fee module

We’ve upgraded the import service fee admin module to make managing fees received from TINA, more transparent and efficient.

  • Status
    • Failed: An error occurred, so fee rules weren’t updated, and the platform uses the previous rules.
    • Imported: The process completed successfully, and profiles were imported.
  • Received: Total profiles received from TINA.
  • Imported: Profiles successfully added by NOVA. Only compatible profiles are saved - those missing key information are skipped.

Essential remarks on offline services

The offline services section has been improved, ensuring that key information is communicated consistently across the booking flow. The latest version of  NOVA 3 introduces remarks for offline services, similar just like those for online services. 

  • Predefined Remarks: Collected or requested when a traveler confirms an offline service offer.
  • Standard Remarks: Saved by the platform once the traveler confirms the offer.
  • Multi-value/Reason Remarks:
    • Booking Step: These are applied when traveler confirms the offer. The traveler will have to add/select the reasons based on the admin configuration.
    • Approval/Decline Step: Remarks are applied at the approval step, just like with online services.
