Ancillary Services & Branded Fares
NOVA offers your corporate customers the option of Paid Seats and Ancillary Services, for better cost control and more flexibility at booking stage. Allow your travelers to choose their seats within their travel budget and add extra services offered by the airline company, directly in NOVA.
Branded Fares, directly from the airline companies, will easily guide the booker to select their flight and certain additional flight services that suit their needs: priority boarding, extra baggage, lounge access, extra leg-room, and many other offer fast and precise flight booking options.
Offline Services
Offline Services allows your corporate customer to book other services for their business trip, through NOVA, via their assigned travel administrator. Car rentals, VISA’s, airport/hotel transfers, insurances, along with the online bookings, help both the corporate customer and the travel agencies to have a clear overview of all business travel details.
Advanced travel policy
Our platform helps your corporate customers manage travel within the parameters of their specific travel policies. A travel manager can create multiple profiles that can be associated with each corporate user, set travel restrictions, type of services allowed, price restrictions and can easily define outside and inside policy configurations.
Advanced user profiles
Your corporate customers can define rights and roles for various users or per users group. Travel managers can associate for each user travel policy profiles, set approver for user, associate cost centers, add multiple frequent flyer card or other travel settings regarding their preferences.
Approval chain
Our Corporate Self Booking Tools allows establishing complex workflows and approval processes according to your corporate needs.Travel managers can set for each user an Approver. If the offers are outside policy, they will need to be approved, if the offers are inside travel policy, the offers are auto-approved and the travel documents are sent to the booker.
NOVA - TINA Integration
TINA acts as a mid-back office hub, facilitating data consolidation and structuring for further use, as part of a complex ecosystem, and virtually automating all travel-related processes.
With NOVA - TINA integration, TMCs have full control on strengthening their operational activity, since TINA allows managing credit limit for each corporation and ensures financial visibility for each corporate account.
Remarks configuration
Our Corporate Self Booking Tool allows remarks configuration compatible with all Global Distribution Systems and mid back office solutions. Bookers can add remarks for their reservations outside the policy when they request for approval and can supply reason codes for the services that violate the applicable travel policy. You can configure special remarks for each corporate customer that are automatically updated in the PNR.
Corporate reports
Corporate reporting ensure control over costs and travel policies at all times for travel managers. Travel program responsible will always have a close-up view of travelling employees, details regarding booked services, cost centers and travel spending.
Risk Management
Assign certain risk levels to those countries, cities and hotels that might represent an issue for your business travellers. From spreading viruses, to national conflicts or political riots, you can either only inform the user about the destination’s issues at their booking stage, or restrict the bookings in the selected areas, or even hide those destinations that are marked with extreme risk.
Notification Center
Keep your corporate customer informed about any news that might influence their travelling plans.
